CL and Rachel Werner Center for Health Science Education is a new construction facility located on the west side of Creighton University's campus. It was designed as a collaborative and world-class environment for health sciences students. Morrissey Engineering contributed engineering services as part of the design team for this state-of-the-art building that will serve as the new home for the School of Medicine.

- Centralized interdisciplinary simulation center
- Active group classrooms bring together medical, nursing, physician assistant, pharmacy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and other students to train and learn.
- The building will connect to the adjacent Criss Complex via a skywalk
- Active outdoor space atop the skywalk
- Rooftop and parking lot canopy solar arrays
- Burt Street becomes "Greenway" space
