Ovation Heartwood East is a 202,000-square-foot independent living facility that promotes wellness, connection, and an active lifestyle. It includes a high-efficiency variable refrigerant flow HVAC system, a commercial kitchen, and dedicated physical therapy and rehabilitation spaces. Residents enjoy a full-service salon, spa, fitness center, indoor pool, and three unique dining options—a casual bistro and bar, fine dining with wine tasting, and spacious outdoor patios with fireplaces and comfortable seating. A top-floor social club offers indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with sweeping views, providing a vibrant hub for community engagement.

 
Ovation Heartwood West, covering 125,000 square feet, provides assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care services. Mirroring the comfort and quality of the East building, it also includes a high-efficiency VRF HVAC system, a commercial kitchen, and therapy spaces that support rehabilitation and daily care needs.
