Design Features

Main Level

  • 1,000 seat auditorium with a sloping ceiling up to 50’ in height
  • Sanctuary is served by both house and theatrical lighting system
  • 3 Air Handling Units with VFD
  • NC25-N maximum noise level
  • Mechanical systems provide optimal comfort while preserving acoustical integrity, and integrating with the architectural design
  • Also highlighting the main level is a perfect circle Entry/Narthex, which is glass from floor to ceiling. Morrissey Engineering partnered with the architectural design team to solve the mechanical and electrical challenges presented by the unique building envelope.
