Creighton Hall
Built in 1877, Creighton Hall is the oldest building on the Creighton University campus. Previously unlit, Morrissey Engineering worked closely with the University to provide lighting design services to celebrate the Art Deco façade.

This project won a 2022 IES Omaha Award of Distinction for Exterior Lighting.

- Primary lighting layer
- A general wash illuminating the elevation from ground-mounted floodlights
- Reveals the base elements and general form of building
- Secondary lighting layer
- Wall-grazing spotlight advances upward
- This layer highlights the base of the central tower and the minor pilaster of the wings.
- Columnated forms of the building are also revealed in the layer
- Tertiary lighting layer
- It is composed of cove and ground-mounted spotlight luminaires
- This layer reveals the decorative frieze at the top of the central tower and the capital forms of the building
