At the heart of the project is the adaptive reuse of a longtime neighborhood landmark, formerly a veterinary office, which is being thoughtfully renovated into a welcoming lobby and vibrant public amenity spaces. This integration preserves the character of the original structure while anchoring the new development's identity.

The four-story complex will feature approximately 250 apartment units alongside commercial tenant space, creating a dynamic environment that supports both living and community engagement. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities designed to enhance comfort, wellness, and social connection, including a resort-style pool, a landscaped courtyard with a dog park and dog-wash areas, a fully equipped fitness room, and a rooftop deck with sweeping views. A club room and shared gathering spaces further foster a sense of community within the development.
