Morrissey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design services to renovate the existing Farm Credit Building from mixed-use commercial space into 106 apartment units, with the two lower levels remaining mixed-use commercial tenant space.

The 11-story historical building in downtown Omaha is retrofitted with all new mechanical and electrical systems to comply with current codes associated with high-rise construction, while maintaining the original aesthetics in accordance with guideline set forth by the Nebraska State Historical Preservation Organization. Completed in 2011, the project architect was Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.
