Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center (PACE)
Morrissey Engineering was retained to provide design services for renovating a former International Harvester Warehouse built in 1888 into a center for arts and culture. Pottawattamie Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (PACE) is dedicated to providing a sustainable, highly active art community through this home for the arts in downtown Council Bluffs, Iowa.
