Morrissey Engineering was pleased to provide design services for Kum & Go's new headquarters building in downtown Des Moines. The structure was created to offer Kum & Go employees a cutting-edge, highly collaborative work environment with room for future expansion.
The five-story building was planned and constructed for LEED certification. The design prominently features glass on all sides, providing transparency and light throughout the building. The layout was designed to foster collaboration through innovative and unique use of space and light, including outdoor terraces available to Kum & Go associates for flexible work areas.
