- Daylight harvesting techniques employed by use of a Digital Addressable Lighting Interface system in which every fixture can be individually controlled and dimmed based on available natural light - Lighting Power Density - 0.33W/sf
- Extensive measurement and verification equipment incorporated into the design. Mechanical, lighting, general power, and renewable energy systems are individually metered to track building performance accurately
- Realtime monitoring and analysis of energy performance via a building dashboard, accessible through the company website
- Enhanced indoor air quality was achieved through the utilization of MERV 13 filters and ultraviolet lamps in each heat pump
- 25kW Photovoltaic system with an expected annual energy production that will serve at least 20% of the building's energy consumption
