UNL Student Engineers Win Award from NCEES
Congratulations to the team of UNL student engineers who earned a $7,500 award from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and the Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) 2015 Student Design Competition National First Place award in electrical and Runner Up in mechanical for its design work on a 5 story vertical farm project. Morrissey Engineering’s Andy Lang and Ryan Goughnour met with the team each week to mentor students in both practical and innovative design methods for the mechanical and electrical systems.
